Cyber Security, Architecture and Technical Leadership

Henk Pretorius cybersecurity architect brand artwork.

I bring clarity to security decisions where technology, risk, AI, governance, and delivery pressure meet. My work turns that complexity into architecture people can understand, controls teams can operate, risk that can be managed, and evidence leaders can trust.

Positioning

Security with architecture discipline.

My strength is where cyber security, AI adoption, architecture, leadership, and delivery meet. I care about the decisions that come before the tooling: what should be trusted, what must be evidenced, which risks are real, and how a control will survive operational pressure.

AI is a primary focus because it is shaping and impacting the security landscape. Data, identity, model behaviour, governance, software delivery, monitoring, and human judgement all matter. Good AI security makes those relationships visible enough to manage.

My Workbench and Portfolio demonstrates the Builder and Architect thread in my work and experience. I document and showcase experiments, automation, and governed AI use. It supports the professional story, but the central point is broader: cyber security expertise, architecture discipline, and security that survives contact with delivery.
